Mars 'dustdevil' or more compellingly an electricdevil. Looks like 2 of them maybe.  

The clouds during the hour before the sun set reminded me of the aurora borealis. Very cool look and rapidly progressing sets. That energy may be 'universal' (an influx of cosmic energy) or it perhaps is more tinkering by projects similiar to HAARP.  

darkened, more contrast and I highlighted the geometry. This sky is as perplexing to me as the 'hole punch clouds' that you can find pix of.  

Doesn't look too unusual, does it?  

This may be natural, a time lapse of this would be good.
